How to use?
Self-Love Body Oil: Massage a few drops in circular motions all over your body. A little goes a long way, so start small and increase if needed. Alternatively, if you need a little pick me up dab a drop or two onto your wrists, temples, neck or behind your ears. Can also use a few drops in your bath.
Goddess Bath Soak Shot: Light a candle, put on your favourite music, dim the lights and pour your salts under warm running water to infuse your bath with nourishing minerals and goodness. You can also add in a few drops of your Self-Love Bopo Oil for an extra luxurious and moisturising bath.
Dreamer Essential Oil Perfume Roller: Roll onto wrists and pressure points for a light perfume and to enjoy therapeutic benefits. If you want to use Dreamer as part of a calming bedtime ritual you could repeat to yourself "Everything is running right on schedule".
